Hi, we are Tim and Nancy Schmidt, full-time REALTORS® with EXIT Realty Towne Centre. We LOVE this business and it shows in our results! We have each found our 'true calling' in real estate. Tim is a 'people-person' who is always ready to help anyone with any kind of need and I love working at my computer doing the paperwork, continuing my many years in bookkeeping as well as meeting new people and assisting them. Consequently, when we work together, we get along better in our marriage so we really are THE SCHMIDT TEAM!
Our emphasis in our life together has always been on our family since we've raised two wonderful sons. Next our emphasis has been on our businesses. We have successfully owned and operated several businesses together both here and in the San Francisco Bay Area where we met and married in 1970. Each business experience has helped us get ready to work in real estate. We have bought and sold several homes and we know what it feels like to move long distances and short 'across-town' distances. We really can empathize with our clients as they go 'step-by-step' through these transactions. Our goal in real estate to make each transaction as simple as possible for our clients. We can help our clients in every part of buying or selling or even investing in real estate. We have all sorts of connections that buyers and sellers need while working to buy or sell a home of any kind. We are there for them every step of the way.
